Our dedication to improving the recruitment process is rooted in our name.

Elysian Staffing takes inspiration from the Elysian Fields of Greek mythology. While job searching and finding talent aren’t exactly the same as charging into battle, although it may feel like it at times, we believe in transforming your experience into something you enjoy — a rejuvenating solution to the usual challenges of applying and hiring.

How We Started

Our Founder

Jessica Ozrek

CEO / Client Partnerships

Jessica Ozrek has been a staffing professional in the creative industry since 2004. An entrepreneur at heart, Jessica launched Elysian Staffing in 2014 to bring creative back to creative staffing and offer a premier service to clients and talent. Jessica has also volunteered as Global Co-Chair for Women in Wireless, now part of She Runs It, and is a member of the ANA's Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM) to help agencies and brands build diversity and inclusion within their organizations. Away from her busy office, Jessica is raising three kids, Evren, Tabitha, and Tolan, with her husband, Lona. You'll find her at soccer games, skiing, playing tennis whenever possible, and listening to her latest Audible indulgence or writing.
