I have been in my role as Senior Human Resources Manager at Sarankco since February 2023. Working with Elysian Staffing, I liked the constant communication I received from Ashley (Elysian's Recruiting Manager). I've been working through Elysian Staffing at Oliver Agency as an Ecommerce Copywriter for about 3 months now. Before starting to work for Elysian Staffing, I wondered if they'd be another one of those recruiting agencies, non-responsive and impersonal. However, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by their personal approach, as well as being responsive and overall personable. They were also very helpful and accommodating through the onboarding process, making it a positive experience from the start. Accenture had reservations about Elysian Staffing being boutique. I like working with Elysian because they are boutique and there is a lot more personalized service and ability to work on things in a customized way and Elysian’s more connected service is what the big players don’t have because they aren’t translating the information over to the recruiters in a way that brings about the type of people I am looking for. Elysian Staffing offers a deeper level of specific knowledge and customer service. When you work with a big staffing agency, they are broad based in the service. They can offer a better scale, but it lacks focus on a specialized area. I’ve known Jessica forever and I value our relationship.

I was recently placed through Elysian Staffing at LG's internal agency, HS Ad, in a staff role as an Associate Director, Copywriter. It was clearly a great opportunity, but with all the changes in our world the past few months, I wasn't sure what the right move would be for me. They really take the time to understand the true needs of every role and they always deliver. They don’t throw 15 candidates at a wall, or at me, at a time; they do what is asked of them and send me 2-3 good candidates at a time. Jessica and [her team] are friendly – they are the best! Elysian Staffing is like the relief pitcher coming in to save me.

Overwhelming amount that haven’t been great. Good companies and good people that do this have been few and far between. I think Elysian Staffing was super thorough and helpful throughout the process. There are just no words for the professionalism, dedication and care that Jerry puts into his work. He does his best to make you shine as a candidate. I've never met a recruiter who just cared so much. He preps me before every call, follows up on post interviews, and does extensive research on those on the interview docket. He'll even run you through lines and interview prep if you're ever nervous and offer encouraging words. He's just amazing.

I’ve been working as Associate Director of Recruiting with my current agency for nearly 6 years. I didn’t have any reservations to try Elysian’s Proven Process - it intrigued me.
