I've been working through Elysian Staffing at Oliver Agency as an Ecommerce Copywriter for about 3 months now. Before starting to work for Elysian Staffing, I wondered if they'd be another one of those recruiting agencies, non-responsive and impersonal. Accenture had reservations about Elysian Staffing being boutique. I like working with Elysian because they are boutique and there is a lot more personalized service and ability to work on things in a customized way and Elysian’s more connected service is what the big players don’t have because they aren’t translating the information over to the recruiters in a way that brings about the type of people I am looking for. Elysian Staffing offers a deeper level of specific knowledge and customer service. When you work with a big staffing agency, they are broad based in the service. They can offer a better scale, but it lacks focus on a specialized area. I’ve known Jessica forever and I value our relationship.

They really take the time to understand the true needs of every role and they always deliver. I've never met a recruiter who just cared so much. He preps me before every call, follows up on post interviews, and does extensive research on those on the interview docket. He'll even run you through lines and interview prep if you're ever nervous and offer encouraging words. He's just amazing.
